Park and playground update

Featuring stunning views right across the estate, the park is due to be open to the public soon.

We are also currently in the process of designing Ridgeline Park, which is the major park between Stages 1 and 2.

The first stage of Ridgeline Park is due to open in mid-next year with the second stage, including a playground, expected to be finished later in 2018.

Our next sculpture to be installed at Denman Prospect is by Australian sculptor Philip Spelman. Currently in production, the bright red steel sculpture, ‘Traverse’, will be installed in the park currently under construction at the top of Wyndham Avenue.
