Getting your plans approved
Before applying for building and development approvals for your dwelling with the relevant authorities, you must submit your plans and specifications to our Design Coordinator, Rebecca Kennedy, for endorsement.
All dwellings must satisfy the Territory Plan and applicable Code requirements for building and development before your plans and specifications can be endorsed as compliant.
“The aim of our building guidelines is to create an estate that demonstrates various built forms and examples of architecture,” said Ms Kennedy. “The topography of Denman Prospect lends itself to interesting designs which respond to the natural attributes. The outcome will be an estate that showcases high quality design and interesting architecture.”
Designs of neighbouring properties are compared to ensure Denman Prospect will see a range of built form outcomes.
