Development Applications for North Wright and North Coombs

The Suburban Land Agency is planning for the next stages of Wright and Coombs in the Molonglo Valley.

A Development Application (DA) for these stages has been lodged with the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) for approval.

The DA outlines plans for a mixture of single residential and Multi Unit blocks totalling 427 dwellings in Coombs and 425 dwellings in Wright, two community facilities sites in Wright, along with landscaped areas including playgrounds.

The DA is subject to a public notification period and comments can be provided directly to the EPSDD website until Friday 21 July.
