101 Lucky Purchasers Today in Denman Prospect
Denman Prospect is passing a very lucky milestone today with 101 blocks of land in Denman Heights being settled today, 8/8/2018.
In some cultures, eight is considered a lucky number that can bring wealth and prosperity. A home with an address containing an eight or with numbers that add up to eight are considered to be auspicious purchases.
“This is a lucky day for our newest neighbours,” says Nick McDonald Crowley, Project Director, Capital Estate Developments. “Our current residents are very happy with their blocks, the homes they have built, and the active community we have created.”
All 101 sites are located on the northeastern face of Denman Heights, in close proximity to Ridgeline Park and its expansive walking trails with beautiful views across the Molonglo Valley and beyond to the city.
Some blocks of land were sold ‘off the plan’ more than 12 months ago. After today’s lucky settlement, buyers can commence building their homes. Within the coming months, it is expected that a number of homes will have begun construction.
Within the next few weeks, six town homes and apartment sites will also close. These will be located in close proximity to the Denman Shops which are scheduled to open later this year. New public art is also set to be unveiled across Denman Prospect in the coming months.
