How to use the purchaser portal

    Register for My Denman Portal

    Navigate to the 'Buyers Toolkit > My Denman Portal' from the main menu of this website. On that page, there is an option to 'Create an account'. Follow the steps and provide the required information to create an account.

    Sign to My Denman Portal

    Once you have created an account, you can sign in to My Denman Portal at any time. Simply navigate to the 'Buyers Toolkit > My Denman Portal' from the main menu of this website. On that page, enter your user account details and select the 'Sign in' button to access the member portal.

    Use the My Denman Portal home page

    Once successfully signed in to My Denman Portal, you will be directed to the purchaser portal home page where you can complete a variety of tasks or find information about your transaction.

    Submit design plans and documentation

    You can submit design plans and documentation from My Denman Portal. Other options also include the ability to book a design meeting with our Design Coordinator to go over your house plan, and see the status of your design plans.

    Book a pre-compliance inspection and submit post-build forms

    Using My Denman Portal, you can initiate a booking with the Design Coordinator to ensure practical completion has been achieved. You can also submit a Small Technology Certificate (STC), and apply for return of your compliance bond and/or landscaping contribution.
