Speak with the Denman Prospect sales team
Arrange a time to meet with our sales team to discuss details about the blocks for sale, the purchasing process, and to ask any questions you may have.

Speak to an architect/builder 
We recommend you meet with an architect and/or builder to discuss your options and which block best suits what you'd like to build. 

Seek legal and financial advice
We also recommend you meet with your solictor and financial institute to obtain advice relevant to your situation and to ensure you understand the contract.

You've selected a block, what happens next?

Once you've found a block that meets your needs our sales team will request some information from you so that the contract for sale can be prepared. At this point you'll also need to pay $1,000 to hold your block until contracts are exchanged. 

Exchanging contracts
You will be required to exchange contracts within 10 business days of the contract being issued to your solicitor. You'll need to pay 5% of the block purchase price (minus the $1,000 holding deposit you've already paid) at the time of exchange by electronic transfer or bank cheque. 

Settlement
Settlement is anticipated in late 2024. We will provide regular updates during the civil construction and when settlement is likely to occur. The balance of the purchase price is payable at Settlement.
