How many events can I attend?

You're welcome to attend as many events as you want! Some events require registration and/or a small fee so we can ensure there are enough materials and spaces for those who want to join in on the fun.

Are the events free?

Some events in the Spring Series are free to attend, and some events require registration and a small fee may be charged. Registrations and fees are in place to ensure we have enough materials and spots available for those who want to attend.

Registrations are full for the event I want to attend, what do I do?

There are waitlists for each event. If a ticket becomes available, you will be notified. 

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Please register online to reserve your spot. Tickets may not be available at the activity depending on the capacity. 

Are the events for all ages?

Some events may only be suitable for certain age groups. Please check the recommended age group listed against the event prior to booking.

Are events only open to Denman Prospect residents?

You do not need to be a Denman Prospect resident to attend the events listed.

I can no longer attend an event, what do I do?

Please return your ticket via Eventbrite. If it is a purchased ticket, please request a refund. 

If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?

We will offer refunds via Eventbrite, the booking platform.

I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

Eventbrite accepts Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
